Golf Pair Claim Scholar-Athlete Honors

(Wednesday, May 30; Sioux Center, Iowa) The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced 156 women's golf student-athletes have been named 2018 Daktronics-NAIA Women's Golf Scholar-Athletes. Dordt College had two athletes earn the honor.

Kayla Glashower (Junior; Jenison, Michigan) earns the honor and is studying Elementary Education. Autumn Vos (Junior; Lynnville, Iowa) also earned the honor for the first time in her collegiate career and is studying Agriculture.

In order to be nominated by an institution's head coach or sports information director, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale and must have achieved junior academic status.
