The Dordt College Concert Choir will perform their Sioux Center winter tour concert at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, January 18, in the B.J. Haan Auditorium at Dordt. The tour also consists of stops in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, and Iowa.

Directed by Mr. Ryan Smit, the choir will perform a variety of music, including hymn arrangements, gospel, classics from Mozart and Brahms, multi-cultural songs from around the globe, and works from new composers.

Dordt has approximately 300 U.S. and international students who participate in the music program, with opportunities to perform in four choral groups, two orchestras, and three bands. Music scholarships are available to qualified students.

The concert is free, with a freewill offering received to help defray tour expenses.
